She is a certified hybrid instructor and facilitator and is on faculty and a global executive coach for the Executive Leadership Council Institute.

She is the creator, executive producer and host of The Culture Soup Podcast®, heard in 70+ countries with 350+ episodes, it debuted at #6 on Apple Podcasts in a business category.

She has more than 25 years as an elite, award-winning strategic communicator at global agencies and corporate, making VP before the age of 30, and SVP before 40. She was Chief Executive of her own agency that she ran for about a decade.

She is one of the most-sought after contemporary keynote speakers on tech, business and culture, and has been featured across the country on some of the most important stages. L. Michelle has been an executive board Co-Chair for Opera America, is currently an advisory board member of The Denyce Graves Foundation and sits on the Board of Visitors at TCU’s Bob Schieffer College of Strategic Communication where she is an adjunct professor of strategic communication.
