I’m thrilled to share some exciting changes! After much thought, I’ve decided to transition the editorial side of my work to a new platform. Starting today, I’m moving my leadership-focused content to Substack under the name Her Next Power Move.

What is “Her Next Power Move”?

Her Next Power Move will feature insightful opinion and thought pieces about leadership, with a special focus on women and people of color. As always, the topics will be at the appex of science + culture. So I’ll be writing about issues that affect us all. You’ll be able to access this content directly via email or on the Substack app, whichever suits your reading preferences best. You’ll receive an article about once or twice a month, on average.

What’s Changing with Your Mailchimp Subscription?

The Mailchimp list you’re on will now be exclusively used for updates about my coaching practice, including offers, new programs, and other relevant news. By moving the editorial content to Substack, I’ll be separating it from this platform so you can engage with my thought leadership in a dedicated space.

If you’re not interested in receiving coaching-related updates or offers, no worries! You’re welcome to opt out of Mailchimp newsletters at any time in the future if you prefer the Substack content over what’s on Mailchimp. This is important, as I need to ensure that everyone who is receiving this content actually desires it and is actively engaged.

As a subscriber, you’ll gain access to thoughtful commentary on current leadership trends, especially as they impact women and those of color. But it’s more than that—Her Next Power Move will also eventually include exclusive podcast episodes, audio, and video content that will be unique to the platform.

If you are already subscribed at Mailchimp, you don’t have to do anything, you are already subscribed to Her Next Power Move on Substack.
Watch for updates in your email in box, and download the Substack app to receive push notifications and updates and join the community. You can now reply to me on Substack and sometimes, I’ll even host live chats so that you can meet other community members.
