A3: Despite being the single population with the most advanced degrees than any other and having C-Suite ambition only matched by their White male counterparts, Black women are stuck in the middle of the leadership pipeline and leaving corporate jobs to start businesses of their own. This is because they are not happy in their quest for senior executive leadership in corporate environments that do not center them, and they cannot afford to wait for Corporate America to fix itself.
