But if you are only saying them a few times and never revisiting them, those affirmations may not be working in your favor.
Repetition is key. It’s the way our brain learns. After all, it is how our brain learned the negative thoughts. Know how they simply seem to be on autoplay in your head? Before you know it, you’ve established limiting beliefs. Undoing them takes the same tactic, but you need to double down on the positive self talk to finally shift the limiting beliefs.
Research shows us that practice makes perfect. It’s a scientific fact, and your brain actually adjusts to the new information if you dedicate yourself to learning a new way to think.
